Experienced Dental Hygienist Opportunity – Skagit County (Mount Vernon / Burlington Area)

We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join a supportive, patient-focused practice in the Skagit Valley. Our team is committed to modern, conservative care and creating a warm environment where patients feel at home and confident in their smiles.

Location: Skagit County – conveniently near Mount Vernon & Burlington, WA
Compensation: $65-72/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hygiene procedures tailored to patient needs (prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, periodontal maintenance)

• Educate patients on oral health and treatment recommendations

• Take x-rays and intraoral photos

• Develop and present treatment plans; collaborate with the dentist and team

• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols

• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with scheduling/follow-up as needed

• Support overall practice operations with a team-first mindset

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an ADA-accredited Dental Hygiene Program

• Active Washington state dental hygiene license

• Current CPR/BLS certification

• Familiarity with practice management software (Open Dental, Dentrix, etc.)

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Detail-oriented and adaptable
